HECA Membership mailing list For Colleges

As a courtesy to not-for-profit colleges and universities, the Higher Education Consultants Association makes its Membership Mailing List available to institutions that request its use for internal admissions office purposes and for occasional outreach to HECA members to provide information about institutional programs and events.

  • Mailing lists are ONLY available for purchase by not-for-profit, regionally accredited colleges and universities. If you are not representing a college or university please check out our Affiliate Program benefits.
  • The Membership Mailing List is updated quarterly and includes each current member's name, postal address, and email address.  The Mailing List is provided to colleges in Excel format.
  • HECA charges a $125.00 fee for the one-time use of our Membership Mailing List.

Please review HECA Member Mailing List Terms of Use before requesting the Mailing List, as you and your institution will be asked to agree to these Terms when making your request.

To request use of the Mailing List, please complete and submit the Membership Mailing List Purchase Form.  Please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed.
