Two Options!
Wish you could be in two places at once? You'll have to decide between the Hudson Valley Tour of Marist and Vassar and an inspirational day with Peter Van Buskirk and Francine Block at the Hamilton Park Center. Breakfast and lunch are included with both events.
Please note: Seats are limited for both the Workshops and the Hudson Valley Tour, so register early! In order to participate in the Hudson Valley Tour you must also be registered for the Conference (June 19 &20).
Housing is not included in the price of this tour and must be booked directly with Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center by calling in-house reservations at 973-301-9717. Be sure to reference HECA group #3AB2YF to receive the HECA conference discount.
OPTION 1: Pre-Conference Hudson Valley College Tour
Monday, June 18, 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM The tour bus leaves promptly at 6:45 AM on Monday, June 18, so you will want to check in the night before. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Join your friends and colleagues for a comprehensive look at Marist and Vassar. You must be registered for the HECA Conference in order to participate in this tour.
Tour Price: $65 (There is no membership discount for the Pre-Conference Tour)
Limit: 50 participants - You must first register for the Conference to participate in this tour.

OPTION 2: Pre-Conference Workshops: Peter Van Buskirk and Francine Block
Monday, June 18, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Vital information for newbies and pros alike, these HECA pre-conference workshops will give you the inside scoop on college knowledge and business acumen. Lunch is included with plenty of time for networking with new and old friends.

Pre-Conference Workshops Price: $100 HECA Members/$125 Non-Members.
Limit: 40 participants
Member Discount: To receive the member discount, you must pay your 2012 dues before registering, and use the same email to register that you use to access your HECA member account. Pre-Conference Events Housing: Housing will be available on Sunday, June 17 for those attending either Pre-Conference Event. You must make your housing reservations separately with the Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center.
