You will need a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (5.0 or later) to view many of the HECA Member Only materials. If you do not have the proper version installed, you will be able to open the documents, but see only a blank page.

If you don't already have it installed, you may download the current version for free by clicking on this "Get Acrobat Reader" button.

From the HECA Home Page, click on the link for the current newsletter.

You will see a window like this pop up -- this is where you type in the User name and Password which were provided to you by email. (NOTE: all characters are case sentitive, so be sure you do not have your CAPS LOCK key on.)

Once you enter the correct User name and Password and click "OK," you will be taken to this secure page where you can download the current or any back issues of the newsletter, as well as materials from the 2006 Conference.

If you have the correct version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, the newsletter and other PDF documents will automatically download and open for you. It may take several minutes, depending on your internet connection speed. Remember - once it downloads, if you see only blank pages, then you do not have the correct version of Acrobat Reader installed. Go back to Step 1 and follow the instructions for updating your software, which should solve the problem.
