Welcome to HECA 2016!

Revolution & Innovation
in Higher Education

June 20-24, 2016

Registration is closed!

When we chose this year’s theme, Revolution and Innovation in Higher Education, little did we know just how revolutionary the year would turn out to be. We’re looking forward to educational sessions and conversations about everything that’s new-- PPY and new filing date for FAFSA, new SAT, new application via the Coalition, the new UC application, new research on how we learn, new information on how to help students handle stress, new technologies, techniques, and strategies to use in our practices, and new information from college reps on how they are responding to all the changes.

Our conference officially begins on Monday night when Drexel University hosts our opening  reception in Dinosaur Hall at their Academy of Natural Sciences.

Whether you’ve spent the day on a pre-conference tour, at the Professional Development Institute , or enjoying the City of Brotherly Love, we hope you’ll join us at the Academy for drinks and hors d’oeuvres.

After the reception, the buses will take you back to the DoubleTree Philadelphia City Center Hotel where you’re free to explore Philadelphia’s rich restaurant scene and nightlife. Restaurant recommendations can be found here.

Your Conference registration includes all Educational Sessions, a Two-Day Exhibitor Fair, a College Counselor Fair, breakfast, lunch and snacks on Tuesday, June 21, and Wednesday, June 22, the opening reception at the Academy of Natural Sciences and a closing dinner reception, featuring Philly favorites, overlooking the Avenue of the Arts on Wednesday evening.  Click here to purchase additional guest admittances if you would like to enjoy the HECA Social with your significant other or a friend.
