Conference attendees traveling by air should fly into Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). One can also fly in to LaGuardia (LGA) or John F. Kennedy (JFK) - they are just a bit farther away - or a LOT farther away, depending on traffic. HECA has set up a group rate with My Limo. See the instructions for participating in that group rate below. If you are renting a car at Newark:
Driving Directions from Newark Airport to the Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center: Follow signs to I-78 West. Take I-78 West approximately 9 miles to NJ 24 West. Follow NJ 24 West to exit 2-A for Morristown Rt. 510 West (Columbia Turnpike). Make a left at the first light onto Park Avenue. At the fourth light make a right into Hamilton Park.

We encourage participants to fly in to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). One can also fly in to LaGuardia (LGA) or John F. Kennedy (JFK) - they are just a bit farther away. The official car service company for our meeting at Hamilton Park Hotel and Conference Center is My Limo. They will have a representative on the ground at EWR, and also in the Lobby at Hamilton Park.
Rates
The rates quoted below are one-way, and are all-inclusive (covering the cost of the trip to Hamilton Park, plus all taxes, tolls, fuel surcharges AND gratuity.) The rates are per-person assuming only one passenger per vehicle. HOWEVER, My Limo will group our participants where possible, based on flights, arrival times and terminals. So in many instances the costs will be substantially lower. They will try to group participants for both the in-bound trip to Hamilton Park, and then on the out-bound trip back to the airport(s) at the end of the conference (including for pre-and post-conference events.)

How to Make a Reservation
Please make reservations well in advance of travel dates to ensure prompt service.
By phone: Please call My Limo at 800-624-6112 (Ext.21,36 or 40) and mention account name: HECA. The reservation department is staffed 24/7, year round. While it is always best to have an advance reservation, My Limo can often accommodate very last minute requests, as they have so many vehicles circling the airport.
Website: Click on this link:www.mylimo.com. Once on this site, go directly to reservations. Enter an email address and password. As a first time user you will be asked for an account name. Enter HECA. Then follow the prompts.
Once you have used the system and would like to do so again, go to reservations and log on with email address and password. Click on the PROFILE tab at the top, then scroll down to the company name and enter HECA. Save the profile and re-log on. After logging back on just follow the prompts.
Pick-Ups
All Pick-Ups are "curb-side." My Limo will have your name displayed in the passenger-side window. As all three airports are quite busy, you must call My Limo after you claim your baggage, at 800-624-6112 or 973-887-112 (Ext.12) for instructions on which exit to take from the terminal to best locate the My Limo car that will pick you up. Please note that you can call the 800 number from a pay phone for free, if your cell phone battery is low.

From Philadelphia: Take NJ Turnpike North to exit 10 for I-287 North. Take I-287 North to exit 37 (24 East, Springfield). Take exit 2-A for Morristown/Rt. 510 West. At the first light make a left onto Park Avenue. At the fourth light make a right into Hamilton Park.
From the Garden State Parkway: Take the Garden State Parkway to exit 142. Follow signs for I-78 West. Take I-78 West to NJ 24 West. Follow NJ 24 West to exit 2-A for Morristown Rt. 510 West (Columbia Turnpike). Make a left at the first light onto Park Avenue. At the fourth light make a right into Hamilton Park.
From the Tappan Zee Bridge: Follow I-287 South to exit 37 (24 East, Springfield). Take exit 2-A for Morristown/Rt. 510 West. At the first light make a left onto Park Avenue. At the fourth light make a right into Hamilton Park.
From the George Washington Bridge: Take the George Washington Bridge to 80 West to exit 43 and I-287 South (Morristown). Follow I-287 South to exit 37 (24 East, Springfield). Take exit 2-A for Morristown/Rt. 510 West. At the first light make a left onto Park Avenue. At the fourth light make a right into Hamilton Park.
By Train
From New York Penn Station take the Dover line to Convent Station, NJ.
NJ Transit Schedules
Contact the Hamilton Park at 1-800-321-6000 for shuttle service, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Shuttle service is dependent on bell-hop/driver availability.
