What is HECA? Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA) is a non-profit, all volunteer educational association comprised of professionals dedicated to helping students and families explore higher education options and opportunities. HECA was founded in 1997 to meet the needs of the growing profession of independent educational consulting. Membership has been increasing steadily beyond its California roots and now embraces an expanding national representation.
